Global Partnerships

SoNo Collective works through strong, values-aligned partnerships with movements, grassroots organisations, and collaborative learning spaces across continents. These partnerships strengthen intercontinental solidarity, amplify frontline voices, and support shared strategies for climate justice and social transformation.

Movement Partners

Our movement partners are organisations and activist networks working on climate justice, fossil fuel resistance, biodiversity protection, and community-led environmental advocacy. Through collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint campaigning, we strengthen collective impact across regions.

End Fossil Occupy Uganda

A youth-led climate justice movement mobilising communities and advocating against fossil fuel expansion, particularly projects such as the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP). The movement focuses on grassroots mobilisation, public education, and community resistance.

XR Rutshuru – DRC

A grassroots climate justice and environmental advocacy group based in the Democratic Republic of Congo, working to highlight the environmental and social impacts of extractivism, particularly within mineral supply chains linked to global energy transitions.

Extinction Rebellion

A global environmental movement using nonviolent civil disobedience to demand urgent government and corporate action on the climate and ecological crisis. Collaboration includes shared organising strategies, education, and solidarity campaigns.

End Fossil Occupy Tanzania

A youth-driven movement advocating against fossil fuel development and promoting community-led climate justice solutions through mobilisation, awareness campaigns, and public engagement.

Agape Earth Coalition

A network working to promote climate awareness, environmental protection, and community empowerment through education, advocacy, and partnership building.

Partnership Invitation

An environmental organisation based in Germany supporting biodiversity protection, climate education, and collaborative activism. Partnership efforts include knowledge exchange, educational programming, and solidarity initiatives.
